Spam scam companies! I bought 10 packs of materials. He did not say that they were out of stock. I keep calling. I dragged it for 2 months and sent 4 packs. I can not wait anymore. I called for a refund. One month later, no one answered the call. no reply! After getting through, you need to refund the money, you can refund as much as you want, and the follow-up will ignore the customer and ignore the customer! It's a scam company! Bad service and bad reputation! Only by not answering the phone and not returning the email can we avoid going to the wrong company!

My order was a disaster. I ordered 3 (10/pk), 30 bags total, of the 65 gallon dirt pots from your website. Shipping was around $30. I received 3 bags last week from the order. I emailed twice with no reply. Them I called and a guy told me they don't sell them like that, he says they are from other companies and that is how they are listed NOT sold. This is extremely difficult for people ordering as they have NO clue as to how your website sells products and mislabeled products tricking people into purchasing. The man on the phone then begins to start telling me to listen to him and I am wrong in a very unprofessional manner. What happened to treating the customer with respect so he/she will return business and or recommend their friends of family for your business? I am VERY displeased with the outcome of this order and will NOT recommend or be returning to your website for future business EVER. I also asked for a return order to be sent to me and still have not received that. Thank you for leaving the google attachment to post reviews, I will go and leave a very horrible and negative response to your website now. HERE'S TO HOPING YOUR WEBSITE FAILS MISERABLY AND YOU GO BANKRUPT!!

They LIE! I placed an order on May 6 for an atomizer for this covid stuff because on the web site it stated 2 day shipping. on May 11 when the unit did not arrive i contacted them and was told they were filling back orders first and mine would be out shortly.. WELL shortly was another 11 days it did not arrive until May 22 at 6 pm. They did not send notification that they did not have the item or that it would be shipped from a different location. the web site stated it was in stock at the time i placed the order.

DONT EVEN BOTHER!! After I placed my order I never got a ship notice. I spent a week E-Mailing and calling without any reply. A week later and I have no idea when or if my item will ship.

My order arrived in less than a week. Very prompt reliable service, and fun guys to work with. (Good to know when outdoor grow season starts up and need something fast) Been looking for a supply place since my guy in Montana closed last yt. They work hard to make everything right. Prices are reasonable, and they carry just about any and everything needed (and then some) Packaging wasnt outrageous either, which has been an issue with other suppliers. If they dont have it on hand, they will get it. Shipping cost add up fast, which is out of their control, otherwise Id give 5 stars. Im very happy.
